The formation, existence, construction, performance, validity in all aspects whatsoever of these Terms and Conditions or of any term of these Terms and Conditions or any dispute in relation to the materials contained in this website shall be governed by English law. The English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or use of the website.

10. All Pictures on the Website are for illustrative purposes only to help our Customers choose which Replacement China to Purchase. Although a lot of care and effort has been taken to ensure the accuracy of these replacement china images The Antiques Boutique cannot be held responsible for any incorrect or incomplete images.

11. ALL items being returned for any reason require the original invoice as proof of purchase

12. Pricing

12.1 All prices quoted and transactions completed are in UK Pounds Sterling and include VAT.

12.2 If you are purchasing using a currency other than UK Pounds Sterling, the shopping cart software will convert the currency for you during the checkout process.

13. Orders and Payment

13.1 All orders are subject to availability

13.2 Full payment is required before goods can be dispatched.

13.3 Payment can be made via the following methods :

Through the website - All major Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Paypal

Over the Telephone - All major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Cheque drawn on a UK bank, made payable to 'The Antiques Boutique'. Please note for cheque payments, items will be dispatched on cheque clearance.

Cash - (visitors to our warehouse unit only) Please do not send cash through the post. We are unable to accept responsibility should it go missing.

14. Delivery

14.1 All Items will be shipped within 10 days of your order / cheque clearance

14.2 It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their contact details and delivery address details are correct when the order is made and The Antiques Boutique regret that we cannot accept responsibility for incorrect or non-delivery in the event of customer error. Should this be the case, we can re-arrange correct delivery at the customer’s expense.

14.3 We take great care in hand packing all items, however in the unlikely event that a breakage does occur, please notify us and return the broken item(s) within 10 days of receipt and, if available, The Antiques Boutique will supply replacements free of charge, or, if unable to do so, give a full refund to the value of the damaged item(s)

15. Returns

15.1 UK Customers: On receipt of your items if you are not satisfied with your purchase(s), The Antiques Boutique will gladly provide a replacement  item(s) or give you a full refund, on the proviso that they are returned to The Antiques Boutique at the address below within 10 days of receipt.

15.2 If goods are returned damaged The Antiques Boutique reserves the right not to pay a refund. Whenever goods are returned for reasons other than loss, damage or error on the part of The Antiques Boutique, the return shipping cost will be the full responsibility of the customer.

16. Cancellations

16.1 You have the right to cancel and obtain a full refund by giving notification to The Antiques Boutique within 10 days and returning the goods. To be in compliance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, any notification of cancellation must be in writing, either by email to sales@theantiquesboutique.com
